At One Can One Kid, we believe that a fresh haircut can give students that extra boost they need to succeed. That’s why we’ve teamed up with A Different Level Barbershop to provide free haircuts to children in need, right before they head back to school. In 2025, we want to help even more students, but we need your support.

Why This Matters:
For many children, the excitement of a new school year is dampened by financial hardship. Some families simply can’t afford a new backpack, new shoes, or even a haircut—all things that help a child feel confident. The Back-to-School Haircut Campaign addresses this need by providing free haircuts to students so that they can walk into school with pride.

Our goal for 2024 is to serve even more children in the community, but we need your help to make this a reality. By donating or volunteering, you will be giving a child the chance to start the school year feeling good and ready to tackle whatever comes their way.

How You Can Help:

• Donate to Cover the Cost of Haircuts
  Every $20 donation will provide a free haircut for a child in need. With hundreds of students in need, your donation will go directly toward giving them the confidence to start school on the right foot.
  
• Sponsor a Student’s Back-to-School Experience
  For $50, you can sponsor a student’s back-to-school experience. This covers not only the haircut but also school supplies like a backpack, notebooks, and pencils. Your donation will ensure that a child has everything they need to feel prepared on their first day.
  
• Volunteer Your Time
  We need volunteers to help manage the event, check students in, and distribute school supplies. If you have a few hours to spare during the week before school starts, your time could make a huge difference for a child in need.
